Adam opened his eyes to a world humanity would never know again.

Look closely at the natural world, and a distinct boundary begins to appear. Everything around us operates within an order it does not stop to question. A river follows the pull of gravity. A tree grows toward light. An animal responds to hunger, danger, and instinct. The world around us moves according to the nature given to it.

Long before we pause to ask what we are meant to do with our lives, we find ourselves in a world we did not choose and cannot claim to have made.

Before the first alarm rings, the world is already moving.

Despite our vulnerabilities and biological limitations, human beings possess an extraordinary capacity for innovation and inquiry. Throughout history, we have built civilizations, sent machines into space, and developed technologies that would have seemed impossible only a few generations ago. By studying the universe and the natural world, we continue to push the boundaries of what we know.

Ramadan passes—swift, luminous, soul-softening, and heavy with mercy. Yet its true success is not measured by how we lived within those thirty days; it is measured by how we remain after they are gone.
